I'm doing LEJOG with a few of my mates in a few weeks, can't wait.

Has anyone done it before? any good routes or tips, i probably should have done a bit more training for it but I'm sure it will be fine.

LEJOG is excellent its well worth doing! - epic bike ride!

My main piece of advice would be if possible get a support driver. This means you can be free to enjoy the cycling without carrying everything. It also make the trip faster, but you will have to convince someone to drive 800+ miles for you....

We did a longer route 1000miles and went out to the isle of arran although it added a few miles it was great to see.

good luck hope you enjoy your trip!
